CANCELLATION POLICY

All waxing appointments must cancelled or changed 24 hours before appointment time to avoid 50% charge. All permanent makeup appointments or ANY service totaling over $100 must be cancelled or changed 72 hours before appointment or you will be subject to paying 50% of your service price. Deposits are non- refundable and can not be transferred to an other date. A new deposit will be collected if you need to move your permanent makeup or brow lamination appointment. Cancelation same day will result in a FULL charge of the service NO CALL, NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR THEIR SERVICE FOR ANY SERVICE PROVIDED
